Welcome to VyyceMedia (the “Service”), a platform for hosting and sharing images and videos via public links, as well as generating images using our AI tools. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

1. Account Eligibility

  2. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. User Content

  1. Ownership: You retain ownership of any media you upload, but by uploading, you grant VyyceMedia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and publicly display your content via generated links.

  2. Public Access: All uploaded media is publicly accessible via direct URLs. Do not upload sensitive or personal information.

  3. Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that:

    • Violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
    • Is obscene, offensive, or harassing.
    • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful scripts.

  4. Moderation: We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

3. AI Image Generation

  1. Functionality: The Service may provide AI-generated image tools.
  2. Usage: Users must use the AI tools responsibly and avoid generating content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
  3. Credits: AI usage may be limited by credits or quotas. You are responsible for managing your AI credits appropriately.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

  1. Suspension: Accounts may be suspended for violating these Terms, including misuse of AI or uploading prohibited content.
  2. Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and all associated content may be deleted.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. Service Content: All software, logos, and materials provided by VyyceMedia are owned by or licensed to the Service.
  2. Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from Service materials without explicit permission.

6. Privacy and Data

  1. Data Collection: We collect information as described in our Privacy Policy, including data necessary to provide AI services and content hosting.
  2. Public Media: Uploaded media is public. Do not include personal information if privacy is required.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. No Warranty: The Service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime, security, or suitability for any purpose.
  2. User Responsibility: You are responsible for any consequences of sharing or generating content.
  3. Damages: VyyceMedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
